The emblem of Switzerland! 

It was invented by Swiss shepherds in the 13th century, which they named “roast cheese”.

The concept is very simple :

it consists of melting cheese under a heat source, then scraping it to slide it onto your plate garnished with potatoes, gherkins and small onions in vinegar.

Accompanied by a beautiful charcuterie platter and a black pepper mill, your taste buds will be more than satisfied.

The bottles of dry or sparkling white wine are more than recommended to round off this explosion of flavors that will invade your palate.
