Cheesy fondue

The Genuine Swiss Made

A mix of chic and rustic, that's also Saint Barth to dare and enjoy.

Obviously I have to share with you my country's cute sin, so here's a little back to basics:

And yes, why not share a traditional cheese fondue at home, on your yacht or in your villa?

I explain to you :

The typical cheese fondue topped with whipped cream served with country bread. Simple super friendly and how good is it.

As you wish, it can be decorated according to your choice.

truffles, small bacon bits, shallots, blue cheese, herbs and also tomatoes which are eaten with potatoes.

The fondue is traditionally eaten with stale bread but also with potatoes in their field dresses, fruits or raw vegetables, it goes wonderfully with a dry white wine or a very hot black tea.

Some people like to lightly dip the bread in kirsch before dipping it into the melted cheese mixture.

When you see the bottom of the caquelon, there is a crust of cheese that has been created, it is called “the nun” it is time to break eggs into the caquelon and end the tasting as well.

There is the last little bonus, a few drops of cognac to refine the bond.
